Passa lentamente il tempo come l'acqua del fiume, davanti ai miei occhi in questa giornata di agosto, in cui il silenzio torna a scandire le cose importanti della vita.
Ogni tanto nel mio girovagare qualche giovane ingegnere mi guarda in viso, sorride e mi domanda se mi ricordo di lui all'Università ... ed io non ricordo quasi mai.
Ci dimentichiamo troppo spesso del viso delle persone che ci scorrono sullo schermo della nostra vita, a discapito dei numeri di pin o del bancomat.
E' tempo di ricordarsi di tutti i volti che abbiamo incontrato lungo il nostro viaggio.

Le scrivo perchè il recupero edilizio mi ha sempre appassionato e volendo andare oltre ho basato la mia tesi sull'analisi non linere della muratura poichè considero lo studio sismico e il corretto adeguamento di edifici in muratura un aspetto importante nonchè di recente interesse. Mi chiedevo se nei vostri lavori sono capitati casi in merito e come affrontate l'intervento di delicate strutture voltate il cui aspetto esteriore è da integrare ad un corretto consolidamento sismico.

Carissimo Ing.,
finalmente trovo il tempo per dedicarmi a questa pagina, cosa desiderata da tempo ma non possibile per una serie di circostanze non indifferenti che mi hanno portata a trascurarvi sempre in questi anni.
Tutte le volte che apro il Suo sito mi viene alla mente quando Elena era indaffarata alla stesura del testo di presentazione e alla scelta del colore dello sfondo (che alla fine variava sempre tra l'attuale e "un pò più scuro" e "un pò più chiaro")... e Cecilia? e Davide? io me la passo bene: i bimbi hanno ormai 4 anni e crescono bene, almeno facciamo il possibile, ma il fatto che siano sempre sereni e con il sorriso sulle labbra è una constatazione del fatto che probabilmenteio e Michele siamo sulla buona strada!
Ad oggi lavoro a Ferrara, dove abito, e mi ritengo fortunata anche solo per il fatto che riesco a gestire lavoro e figli nei tempi giusti (a volte poco umani) per riuscire a fare bene quasi tutto...a volte qualcosa scappa!

Buongiorno ing. Guidotti,
sono capitato casualmente sul suo sito e senza aver visto per benino il suo sito mi sono dedicato subito alla lettura degli inserti nel libro degli ospiti.
Questo messaggio è più uno sfogo che altro perchè so già che a poco serva parlare con persone sconosciute soprattutto se sono a 600-700 Km di distanza.
Sono un giovane ingegnere edile-architetto, laureatomi il 4/10/2007 abilitato alla sez A dell'ordine degli ingegneri della provincia di Bari il 4/4/2008.
Sono in crisi, non mi sento preparato per affrontare un qualsiasi problema professionale, sono a terra demoralizzato.
Ho frequantato un piccolo studio professionale fin prima della laurea che ho lasciato da circa un mese perchè non mi sentivo abbastanza seguito come avrei voluto, ne ho trovato un'altro, ma peggio non va assolutamente come mi aspettavo. C'è la possibilità di ritornare nel primo studio iniziando a firmare tutti i progetti come responsabile e questo non mi benissimo, daltronde le prospettive economiche non sono molto rosee.
Non so assolutamnete cosa fare, ma ho bisogno di fare esperienza.
Di questa situazione ci sta andando di mezzo anche la mia psiche che ultimamente non se la passa bene.
Ho finito di annoiarla.
Se vuole può scrivermi qualche riga.
Dimenticavo ho 26 anni e prima della laure avevo grinta da vendere, adesso voglio comperarla.

Complimenti per la mole di lavoro che sei riuscito a crearti con volontà e tenacia.
Sono un ingegnere di 50 anni,attualmente disoccupato. Ho, trascorso 16 anni in uno studio ad Anzola dell'Emilia, in cui facevo più o meno di tutto, dal calcolo alla progettazione; negli ultimi tempi progettazione edilizia. Mi sono illusa di avere un riconoscimento per l'apporto dato , invece.... è stata una "fregata". Mi sono ritrovata da un giorno all'altro senza lavoro. Ho prestato collaborazione in un altro studio di architettura e di recente ,l'ultimo lavoro in una impresa di costruzione. E qui è stata una doccia fredda, senza alcun preavviso, il 12/06/08 mi ha pagato è mi ha detto che al momento non aveva bisogno, perchè l'azienda era in crisi con le vendite e doveva tutelare i suoi dipendenti. E' così , una persona , che ci mette dell'impegno nel lavoro , che ha interesse ad imparare e a migliorarsi si trova usata e gettata nel cestino come nessuno. ciao a te e a tutto lo studio. Sono giunto a questo sito per caso durante una ricerca. In tutta onestà, confesso che in un primo momento ho avuto la tentazione di "saltarlo a pie'pari", ma dopo aver iniziato a leggere la presentazione, ne sono stato....come "rapito"!!! Proseguendo la lettura sono stato colpito dal tuo amore genuino verso una professione fatta di sacrifici di studi e approfondimenti continui, che a differenza di quanto credono i più, non sempre paga. Io sono un giovane architetto all'inizio è già mi trovo davanti ad un bivio: continuare a lavorare in un ambiente che non mi gratifica e mi umilia professionalmente, o lasciare tutto e iniziare da capo? A chi ho chiesto consiglio mi ha risposto che sono un masochista, per loro è semplice, dicono "...ma che te importa, stiamo al SUD, di che ti lamenti....in fondo un lavoro cel'hai!!!!"... Non sanno il dolore che si prova a "vegetare", senza potersi esprimere a pieno. BASTA!!!! Ho deciso...lascio tutto!!! Voglio iniziare da capo, sono cosciente delle mie capacità e dei miei margini di crescita, in fondo ho solo 30 anni. Ritorno a Bologna, città che mi ha dato tanto sia dal punto di vista professionale che dal punto di vista umano. Ritornerò alle vecchie abitudini, affitterò un posto letto in una soffitta di via Zamboni cenerò con una crescentina e un bicchiere di s. giovese, sarà dura .....ma è quello che voglio.Ritorno e questa volta....devo farcela. Andrea , ma sai che hai una faccia davvero simpatica? una faccia ..pulita. Secondo me gli studenti fanno carte false per iscriverti ai tuoi corsi!!! Bè ora vi saluto. stasera sono stato sul tuo sito (e ti ho rivisto, almeno virtualmente, in foto). I miei problemi con il computer non finiscono mai ed ora ne ero rimasto senza per un bel pezzo... che vuol dire, ai nostri tempi, rimanere più o meno azzoppato in tutto e per tutto...
ti scrivo dalla Sardegna (breve visita alla famiglia per gli auguri pasquali). Riparto già tra tre giorni per BCN. ora arriva la primavera e potrò finalmente godermi tutta la bellezza di questa mia nuova città...

Cara Federica, grazie per il messaggio.
Distinguerei tra i problemi del cantiere ed i danni permanenti.
Per i primi gli anni passano in fretta.
Per i secondi invece è diverso. Quando fecero la galleria della Direttissima fu perturbato il regime delle acque sotterranee. Sembra strano che dopo 70 anni non sia possibile evitare di fare uscire dalla galleria le vene d'acqua che si incontrano, asciugando così pozzi e falde. I "pezzi di montagna" sono vittime insalvabili di questa opera? Non so rispondere.
Vorrei aggiungere che "Alta Velocità" è una denominazione che ha reso odiosa un'opera indispensabile. Se si fosse detto "Quadruplicazione della strada ferrata" si sarebbe associata l'opera ad una riduzione, da tutti auspicata, del traffico Nord Sud su gomma. Si sarebbe poi potuto far associare ai nuovi binari l'idea di treni veloci per far concorrenza agli aerei.
Riassunto finale:
- E' saggio distinguere i disagi dai danni.
- Il modo in cui si presentano le cose pare oggidì essere più importante della sostanza.
- Il Moderno Progresso e le immagini ad esso connesse - treni disegnati come missili- sono rifiutati.

Grazie per l'ospitalità. Vi racconto che oggi ho dovuto far visita ad alcuni clienti di Monterenzio e Loiano. Vi voglio confidare che ogni volta che guardo il paesaggio del nostro Appennino rimango molto perplessa per il lavori dell'Alta velocità: pezzi di montagna vengono divorati in modo selvaggio; i lavori in corso sono perenni...i camion viaggiano a velocità da pirati... Questo lo trovo veramente incivile e sono stupita che con tanti paladini dell'ambiente nessuno si impegni per tutelare almeno idealmente il nostro territorio. Sapete che alcuni contadini mi hanno riferito che solo nella zona di Monterenzio sono scomparse cinque sorgenti di acqua nell'arco di un anno...? Cosa ne pensate? Buon lavoro e buon divertimento.

"L'architettura è contemporaneamente una delle espressioni e una della impressioni dell'uomo". L'ha detto un certo Arch. Peticca. Lo trovo significativo, nella sua semplicità. Probabilmente, aggiungo io, è la caratteristica che avvicina più di altre l'architettura alla musica, alla poesia, alla pittura.... Vedremo di approfondire.
